Leisure Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Newbury North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the overall performance and organization of our leisure club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the leisure club team, providing training, development, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
  • Manage all leisure club activities, including fitness classes, events, and promotions.
  • Oversee team scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain all statutory compliance and legal requirements within the leisure club.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leisure management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
