Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet members and guests at the Health Club reception desk, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
  • Manage and assist with membership enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Help guests on the gym floor, supervising the pool and general cleaning of the facilities, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Work within Health & Safety, COSHH, and statutory legal obligations, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
