As a key member of our leisure club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our health club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet members and guests at the health club reception desk
  • Manage and assist with membership enquiries
  • Help guests on the gym floor, supervise the pool, and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities
  • Work within Health & Safety, COSHH, and statutory legal obligations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and supervise the pool
