Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist:
The primary objective of this position is to deliver professional and precise Employee Relations guidance to the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to and managing telephone inquiries from the organization
- Offering specialized support and counsel regarding employee relations issues to managers and staff
- Participating in meetings with management across the organization
- Providing assistance on projects within the Human Resources department
- Overseeing the administration of HR processes and protocols
- Ensuring the timely resolution of cases within established performance metrics
- Managing and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday | Rotating schedule 9am - 5pm then 8am - 4pm | Hybrid work model
Initially, you will be required to work fully onsite, after which you will have the flexibility to work from home on designated days.
What We Seek in You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to Employee Relations matters
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
- Experience in an HR Shared Service Centre is advantageous
- Excellent customer service abilities and strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to adhere to established procedures and work methodically
- Capability to meet tight deadlines while managing high volumes and competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
