Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and innovative Administrator to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular contact with existing clients to discuss candidates, take and process opportunities, and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term and new relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure screening and quality checks are done on candidate information before it is progressed to employers.
  • Host group introductions via video calls or telephone to ensure candidates have all interview information and have completed all relevant steps in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure CRM and candidate records are up to date throughout the recruitment process.
  • Respond to client, candidate and employer inquiries.
  • Advertise jobs across the UK on premium job boards.
Requirements:
  • Friendly, confident, and articulate, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proven experience in administration or customer service would be beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Efficient in maintaining accurate records.
