Role Overview:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations. This is a hybrid role that combines client engagement, candidate placement, and administrative support for the business throughout the recruitment process. You will have the autonomy to drive new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
* Regular contact with existing clients, discussing candidates, opportunities, planning and understanding needs and requirements.
* Build and nurture long-term and new relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met.
Recruitment & Placement:
* Engage with candidates via email, phone, and text ensuring that candidates are progressing through the employment process with Path2.
* Ensuring screening and quality checks are done on candidate information before it is progressed to employers or clients.
* Inductions and introductions with candidates via group teams call or telephone ensuring candidates have all interview information and have completed all relevant steps in the recruitment process.
Administrative & Support Duties:
* Ensure CRM and candidate records are up to date throughout the recruitment process.
* Responding to client, candidate and employer emails and telephone calls.
* Arranging teams calls with groups of candidates to discuss roles and job opportunities.
* Advertising jobs across the UK on premium job boards and social media.
Who We're Looking For:
* Friendly, confident, and articulate, with a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven by a desire to succeed. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proven experience in recruitment, customer service or HR sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Efficient in maintaining accurate records is essential.
