A key role within the Smart Metering team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution and achievement of objectives for the Smart Metering Programme at Affinity Water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational delivery aspects of the programme, ensuring effective execution and achievement of objectives.
  • Manage complex programmes, including oversight of multiple delivery partners and coordination of end-to-end delivery from installation to completion.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance within field operations, with a demonstrated commitment to promoting a culture of safety excellence.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme objectives, utilizing stakeholder management principles.
  • Identify, assess, plan, and manage project risks, applying knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.
  • Project / Programme Management Qualification (APM, PMP, Prince2).
  • Health & Safety qualifications: NEBOSH and CDM.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or programme management, preferably within the utilities or Smart Metering sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programmes.
