We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Stepnell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality and compliance procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and NQA.
