Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club in Pocklington, Yorkshire.

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work across various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Shift times may vary, but could include 7am - 3pm, 12pm - 8pm, or 3pm - 11pm, with flexibility essential to meet business needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and taking food and drink orders.
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing accurate and efficient stock rotation.
  • Handling cash transactions using the EPOS system.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
  • Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with excellent customer service and strong communication skills essential. A driving license and ability to drive are also required for this position.
