Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort in Pocklington, Yorkshire.

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, taking responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas, and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Take responsibility for the food and beverage team in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Assist with stock rotation and ordering.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders.

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is preferred.
  • Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage.
