Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort in Pocklington, Yorkshire.

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, taking responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas. They will also oversee the food and beverage team in the absence of the manager, ensuring the department runs efficiently and maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve departmental goals
  • Take responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation
  • Oversee the food and beverage team in the absence of the manager
  • Assist with efficient stock rotation and ordering
  • Take and serve food and drink orders
  • Collect glasses and tableware

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is preferred
  • Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage
