Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders.
  • Ensure care and continuity of treatment is maintained throughout a patient care pathway while detained in prison.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Healthcare Team, supporting junior colleagues and ensuring systems are in place for clinical supervision.
  • Implement strategies to promote and improve health and prevent disease while in prison.
Requirements
  • Post-registration nursing experience.
  • Experience of multi-professional collaboration.
  • Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Driving license.
