**Job Summary**
Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Study Skills Support Specialist to provide individualized learning support and academic guidance to students with specific learning difficulties (SPLD) in the Bath area.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them become independent learners
- Assess and address students' learning strengths and weaknesses
- Collaborate with students to create strategies for organization, time management, and research skills
- Support students in developing comprehension skills in reading and writing
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students
**Requirements**
- Membership with a relevant professional body (British Dyslexia Association, Professional Membership The Association of Dyslexia, Dyslexia Guild, or The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties)
- Experience working with clients with specific learning difficulties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of students
