My Life Choice is a specialist care provider across the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional person-centred care and empowering individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live independently in their own homes.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our brand new team in Clacton, supporting a male individual with highly complex needs. The successful candidate will work in a person-centred way, understanding positive behaviour support and adjusting their approach to meet the individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, advocates, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist with communication and behaviour support
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Ability to work in a person-centred way and adapt to changing needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact
