Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Inspector to join our team at AMETEK MRO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for disassembling hydraulic and mechanical components, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble hydraulic and mechanical components to their sub-components
- Conduct inspections, including interpreting technical data, fault diagnosis, and identifying component wear or damage
- Use calibrated measuring equipment and populate documentation
- Assemble components and ensure quality standards are met
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Background in mechanical or hydraulic engineering
- Numerate and literate, with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English
- Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and well-organized
