Key Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support to the Estates Manager, including diary management and coordination of tasks.
- Act as the main contact for Estates enquiries, assist with tenant viewings, and draft agreements.
- Manage routine maintenance, repairs, contractor records, and necessary certifications.
- Organize property marketing, negotiate rental offers, and handle tenant onboarding tasks.
- Maintain records for inspections, insurance, and compliance schedules.
- Assist with invoicing, debt management, and chasing arrears.
- Handle admin tasks like minute-taking, court applications, and council tax payments.
- Manage utilities, meter readings, service organization, and key duplication.
- Previous experience in the property industry.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
- Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel.
