Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team in Hertford. As a key member of the Estates team, you will provide administrative support to the Estates Manager, ensuring efficient and accurate administrative tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Estates Manager, including diary management and coordination of tasks.
  • Act as the main contact for Estates enquiries, assist with tenant viewings, and draft agreements.
  • Manage routine maintenance, repairs, contractor records, and necessary certifications.
  • Organize property marketing, negotiate rental offers, and handle tenant onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain records for inspections, insurance, and compliance schedules.
  • Assist with invoicing, debt management, and chasing arrears.
  • Handle admin tasks like minute-taking, court applications, and council tax payments.
  • Manage utilities, meter readings, service organization, and key duplication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
  • Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
