Category Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Category Manager to lead our global strategic sourcing efforts in Property, Facilities Management, and Construction. This role will be based in Watford, with occasional travel to Europe and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global strategic sourcing plans to drive business growth and cost savings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional vendors and suppliers
- Ensure contract compliance and negotiate favorable terms
- Drive innovation and category development through data-driven insights and market research
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and category management, with a focus on global strategic sourcing
- Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and vendor relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results through data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- CIPS qualification or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and an additional European language desired
