We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and implementation of global category strategies across TJX Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global category plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop category strategies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in category management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
