Category Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Category Manager to lead the delivery of global sourcing strategies across TJX Europe. As a key member of our procurement team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to drive optimal sourcing solutions, ensuring the needs of the business are met while achieving cost savings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global category plans, leveraging strategic sourcing methodologies and collaborating with internal partners.
- Manage commercial relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with TJX's procurement policies.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing solutions, including offshoring, outsourcing, and consortia development, to support TJX's low-cost producer strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings, with a focus on indirect spend optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, business partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Proven experience in global strategic sourcing, with a focus on construction, facilities management, and property-related categories.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with e-sourcing tools, such as Oracle/SAP/Ariba, and a strong understanding of procurement processes and policies.
