Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work closely with our product team to design and develop innovative digital products. You will be responsible for setting the design roadmap, revamping technology, and assessing team resource. This is not a people management role, but rather a focus on product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Assess team resource and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product design, with a focus on user-centricity and value-based design
  • Strong skills in Figma, with experience in building and designing digital products
  • Experience with testing tools, such as Maze or equivalent
  • Reporting and analytics experience with tools such as HotJar, ContentSquare or Decibel
