Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our project delivery team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in delivering large-scale projects in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement construction management processes to ensure project delivery meets our high standards.
  2. Lead the construction delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Champion sustainability, safety, health, and environment, prioritizing personal safety and wellbeing, and contributing to the well-being of the environment and communities.
  4. Author construction management strategies for MIP SRC, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  5. Form and develop a high-performing construction delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  1. OND, HND, Degree, or equivalent, with membership of a recognized construction-related professional body or equivalent site experience.
  2. CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
  3. Significant experience in delivering large-scale construction projects in a regulated environment.
