About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to lead our global design team at Reuters Plus, the commercial creative studio at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, leading design projects, and collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global design team, overseeing backend to frontend immersive design capabilities and pre-sales mocks.
  • Contribute to the development of Reuters Plus creative concepts, including page and video designs, social promotions, and interactive digital experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Social, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the Reuters Plus Content Director to drive creative innovation and attract new business.
  • Help raise the profile of Reuters Plus capabilities globally and develop the creative team to produce award-winning work.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned design professional with a strong background in agency or in-house studio experience. You should have a good understanding of the global business landscape and nuances around brand and corporate identities. Proficiency in digital design tools, including Ceros, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects, is essential.
