Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Services Team Leader to join our team at Abm. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained in our airport facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the airport are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the airport are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control the use of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that they are used in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all cleaning staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the airport to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the airport are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure that they are used in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driving license (desirable).
