HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our People team at our Distribution Centre in Middlewich. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR advice and support to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and processes
  • Work closely with the People Business Partner and Management team to drive a culture aligned to our values
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
Requirements:
  • High volume ER experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a unionized environment
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
