Opportunity for a HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our People team at our Distribution Centre in Middlewich. As a generalist HR role, you will provide effective and efficient HR advice to Managers and support employee relations issues.

As our on-site HR Advisor, you will work closely with the People Business Partner and Management team to support a culture aligned to our values. This role involves employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary procedures, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management.

Key Requirements:

  • High volume ER experience, ideally with a warehouse/logistics background
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Great time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of working within a unionised environment
  • Self-motivated and driven
