We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our People team at B&M Retail.

This Generalist HR Advisor role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR advice to Managers and supporting employee relations issues.

As an on-site HR Advisor, you will work closely with the People Business Partner and Management team to support a culture that aligns with our values.

This role will involve employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary procedures, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management.

At B&M Retail, we pride ourselves on our commitment to internal succession and providing opportunities for growth and development.

Key requirements:

  • High volume ER experience, ideally with a warehouse/logistics background
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Previous experience of working within a unionised environment
  • Self-motivated and driven
