About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing and Development team at Dorset Police as a Performance Budgets & Project Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the implementation of projects and providing support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project plans and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including Estates, IS, HR, and Finance, to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Provide generic project support to the Resourcing and Development team, including administrative tasks and research.

Annual Leave Entitlement

25 days a year leave entitlement, with an increase to 30 days after 5 years continuous employment, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time employees).

Additional Information

This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation of projects within Resourcing and Development. The postholder will be involved in a variety of tasks, including maintaining project plans and documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and providing generic project support to the team.

Full training will be provided for this role in a small and friendly team within the Learning and Development department.
