About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our team at 1-Tom-Plumber Tulsa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to building systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop solutions to address them.
- Supervise and train maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects, and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to maintenance and facilities management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and managing budgets.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
