Culinary Innovator for University of Brighton

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Food on Campus Chef to join our team at the University of Brighton. As a key member of our student operations and support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food services to our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative food offerings that showcase your creativity and ability to stay ahead of emerging food trends.
- Work closely with our team to create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive dining environment that enhances the student experience.
- Support the development of grab-and-go options for our cafes, ensuring a diverse and appealing range of choices for our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of food services, including cooked-to-order meals and catering for events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays and occasional weekends, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. You will be based on our Moulsecoomb or Falmer campus, with flexibility to work across both sites as required.
