**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor to join our Real Estate Team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial real estate matters, including residential and commercial development, commercial and investment property acquisitions and sales, real estate finance, and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice on commercial real estate matters, including residential and commercial development, commercial and investment property acquisitions and sales, real estate finance, and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
