Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Real Estate Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into property sales and lettings, conducting property viewings and negotiating offers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and landlords, and managing the sales or lettings process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Property Valuations and Marketing: Conduct thorough property valuations and develop effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Sales Progression and Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the sales or lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales and lettings.
Requirements
  • Proven Estate Agency Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK estate agency industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and landlords.
  • Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated and Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building a successful real estate business.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Vehicle: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to client meetings and property viewings.
