Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector, working closely with clients to ensure their objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management
- Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
- Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Marketing and Business Development
- Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Attend formal client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors.
- Internal Management Accountabilities
- Staff management (where appropriate) – Input into the formal management of an Assistant Project Manager or small project management team.
- Knowledge management – Ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
- Financial management – Ensure prompt client invoicing and utilising FMS in order to monitor a project's financial status.
- Process improvement – Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar).
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
