About the Role:

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Sales Valuer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring accurate valuations and effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets, leveraging your knowledge of the Aberdeen and Scottish property markets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a senior role, preferably in a similar market.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Aberdeen and Scottish property markets, including market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
