Job Title: Sales Valuer - Property Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team at GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists. As a Sales Valuer, you will play a crucial role in our Aberdeen office, working closely with our clients to manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
  • Work towards sales targets
  • Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a senior role
  • Knowledge of the Aberdeen or Scottish property market
