About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our Partnerships programme, which is crucial to the long-term success of GoCardless. As a key member of our energetic and close-knit team of Partner Account Managers, you will be responsible for growing GoCardless via third parties at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and grow partnerships with software platforms across multiple verticals, from accounting and invoicing to health and fitness.
  2. Develop and implement effective partner account plans to identify and prioritize both strategic goals and short-term initiatives.
  3. Work closely with external and internal product teams to identify and deliver product development initiatives to support and drive growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem management, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
  2. Commercial acumen and ability to dig into data to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively work with a range of functions and teams.
  4. Natural project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and balance competing priorities.
