Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Presenter & Producer to join our team. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for creating and presenting engaging content for our social media channels, primarily focusing on TikTok Live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present high-quality content for TikTok and other livestreams to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with the TikTok team to prepare products, schedules, and content for livestreams, with the goal of increasing views and attracting new customers
  • Plan, create, and edit content to enhance visibility on TikTok and other social media channels
  • Engage with customers, viewers, ambassadors, and influencers on TikTok to build a strong community and encourage repeat business
  • Manage the TikTok Seller Centre and Business Suite with the TikTok team to review insights, enhance performance, and identify areas for development
  • Liaise with the customer service team to enhance the TikTok user journey and other departments within the company to increase efficiency
  • Work with buyers and merchandisers to source stock for the TikTok shop in response to customer demand and trends
  • Analyse data for both organic and ecommerce aspects of TikTok to present to the wider Marketing Team
  • Develop the TikTok strategy with the Social Media Manager and TikTok Team to identify areas for and achieve growth
  • Support with pre-recorded content and modelling tasks within the Social and Marketing Team

Requirements

  • Experience as a presenter and producer, with exposure to at least one discipline
  • Exceptional improvisation and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok Seller Centre and Business Suite
  • Content creation skills, including videography and video editing
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the jewellery and/or retail industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge and/or passion for gemstones (desirable but not essential, as training will be provided)

Working Arrangements

We offer a 34-hour working week across 4 days on a 3-week rotating schedule, which includes weekends.
