We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Financial Crime Compliance Manager at JSS Search, a leading player in the E-Commerce sector. We seek a professional with a robust background in financial crime compliance, particularly within the retail and online marketplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance obligations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and acquirers.
  • Ensure adherence to Marketplace regulations.
  • Manage relationships with co-branded credit card providers.
  • Establish and uphold governance and compliance best practices within the marketplace.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Monitoring compliance within the marketplace.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities related to financial crime compliance and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with external partners.
  • Managing risk and governance frameworks.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive compliance risk register for the marketplace.
  • Supporting the Three Lines of Defence model.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial crime compliance.
  • Expertise in marketplace compliance within a retail context.
  • Familiarity with payment service providers and acquirers.
  • Understanding of marketplace card scheme regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in compliance monitoring frameworks.
  • Capability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in payments compliance.
