Job Description

Astrum Search is working alongside a leading online retail business to recruit a Marketplace Compliance Manager in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual compliance requirements with payment service providers and acquirers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, according to contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with co-branded credit card providers.
  • Support the business in ensuring it has the right governance and compliance best practices in place.
  • Work with the wider compliance team to identify financial crime compliance vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate or control risks.

Requirements:

  • Strong compliance experience with demonstrable financial crime experience in a regulated environment.
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce business is desirable.
  • Experience working with payment service providers and/or acquirers.
  • Risk identification, application of appropriate mitigating controls, and risk management.
  • Experience in establishing and executing compliance monitoring frameworks.

This role is part of a growing compliance team in a fast-paced, dynamic online business. You will gain great exposure to senior stakeholders and play an integral part in the ongoing compliance efforts in an evolving regulatory landscape.
