Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Compliance Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective in minimizing regulatory risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain compliance monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
