Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Orthopaedic Surgical Practitioner to become a vital member of our Theatre Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, tailored patient care while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopaedic Surgical Practitioner, your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the Theatre Team to provide efficient and individualized patient care.
  • Upholding exceptional customer service standards and effective communication.
  • Following all organizational policies and procedures to guarantee optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Advocating for the core values of Ramsay Health Care, emphasizing our commitment to patient care.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC.
  • High standards of clinical proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Ability to plan for equipment and consumable needs.
  • Experience in orthopaedics, including hip and knee arthroplasty, as well as anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, is advantageous.
