About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre Team at Clifton Park Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons during operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Theatre Team to provide efficient and individualized patient care
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive patient experience
  • Collaborating with the Theatre Team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • High standards of clinical competence
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements
  • Experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction would be an advantage
