Care Support Worker

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team on a bank contract. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of care to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Assist with meal times and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant or equivalent role
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10
- Uniform provided
- PVG paid
