Position Overview:
As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Maintenance in executing the Company Asset Management Plan (AMP). Your responsibilities will include assisting in the prioritization of maintenance tasks and contributing to the successful delivery of capital investment projects.

You will help manage supplier relationships, ensuring effective communication channels are established to enhance vendor partnerships, ultimately driving improved efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Your role will also involve supporting energy conservation initiatives and environmental strategies aimed at reducing consumption and managing costs through effective internal practices and prudent investments.

You will participate in the assessment of technical staff performance against industry standards and company expectations, while also supporting the line management of the Asset Management Team.


Your contributions will include aiding in the establishment of procurement processes that maximize commercial returns for the organization.

You will assist in the continuous improvement of operational delivery and service quality, implementing new processes and systems across various business functions.

Additionally, you will support the development of corporate-wide Quality Management Systems and processes, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical services, with a focus on achieving commercial and business objectives. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a facilities management role is preferred.
