Senior Marketing Lead - Alpine Cars

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Lead for Alpine Cars.

In this role, you will shape and execute a marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing, leading and mentoring a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK, including product launches, positioning, and pricing.

Your role will have a strong commercial focus, ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Lead and mentor a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Alpine Cars remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving commercial results
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform marketing strategy and optimize results
