About the Role

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Abacus Group, LLC as a skilled IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, primarily via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class technical support to clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Work closely with our SME teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed personal key performance indicators, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team-mandated goals and key performance indicators.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work outside regular hours for client onboarding and project work.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the evolving Microsoft 365 suite of products and services.
  • Troubleshoot advanced hardware issues and install core networking equipment.
Technical Skills
  • Create and manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting and support.
  • Advanced hardware troubleshooting and installation of core networking equipment.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and experience administering Windows 10/11 and Server 2012 and above.
  • Experience working in financial services and/or MSP space, with a strong understanding of policy management (Group Policy & Intune).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT roles, demonstrating excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Proactive and flexible nature, with a strong ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
