New Homes Sales Consultant

Bolt-On Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Adviser to join our dynamic team in Canary Wharf. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building new relationships and sourcing opportunities to win new business for our nationally recognized clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven sales experience in the new homes industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
