Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and develop your expertise in caring for children with complex needs.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with complex conditions, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

You will work in the community and in clients' homes, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  • Developing and enhancing skills in complex care areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care
