Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Shifts Available: Term Time, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care is required.

Qualifications: We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care and support to children with complex needs

Assist with tracheostomy and ventilation care

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
