Brandon Trust is a leading charity that supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both to live life on their own terms. As a Support Worker - Waking Nights, you will play a vital role in empowering our service users to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower service users to develop daily living skills and access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals to ensure seamless support.
  • Maintain the health needs of our service users and provide support to access healthcare services as needed.
