About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Copse, a rehabilitation service for men requiring a medium-term placement. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, helping them to achieve their recovery goals and live a valued and fulfilled life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Participate in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
